License Agreement
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This licence applies to every template purchased or downloaded from FlutterKit. It is written to be permissive: build, ship and charge for what you make.
You may
- Use the template in unlimited personal, client and commercial projects.
- Modify, extend and rebrand the source code however you need.
- Publish the resulting app to any store, including the App Store and Google Play.
- Charge your own clients for the work you deliver on top of the template.
- Keep using a template you have purchased, forever, even if it is later retired from sale.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the template's source code as a template, UI kit, boilerplate or starter product.
- Publish the source code publicly (for example as an open-source repo) in a form that lets others use it as a starting kit.
- Include the template in a competing marketplace or bundled asset pack.
- Claim authorship of the original template design.
Seats
A single-template or All-Access licence covers one developer. The Team licence covers up to ten developers within the same organisation.
Open-source components
Some templates are modelled on permissively licensed open-source Flutter repositories. Those components remain under their original licences, and the reference repository is linked on each template's detail page. Where our licence and an upstream licence conflict, the upstream licence governs that component.
Each delivered template archive includes the upstream licence text in a LICENSE file (and, where the fork provides one, an ATTRIBUTION.md naming the original authors). Those upstream licences require the copyright and licence notices to stay with the code: if you redistribute the template source as part of your own project, keep those files and notices in place. Removing them would breach the upstream licence even though it does not change your rights under this agreement.
Updates and support
Lifetime updates to a purchased template are included. Six months of support is included with premium purchases; extended support can be arranged via hello@flutterkit.dev.
Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach the restrictions above. On termination you must stop distributing any product built from the unlicensed template.
