By using this website or buying a template you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What you are buying
FlutterKit sells digital licence rights to Flutter source code. A purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence under the terms of our License Agreement. It does not transfer copyright — FlutterKit and the original open-source authors retain ownership of the code.
2. Delivery
Templates are delivered digitally, immediately after payment clears. Nothing is shipped physically. Keep your purchase receipt; it is your proof of licence.
3. Refunds
Premium templates carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@flutterkit.dev within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. Abuse of the refund policy may end your right to future refunds.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute or publish the source code as a competing template or boilerplate product.
- Do not remove or obscure copyright notices in the code.
- Do not use the site to break the law or to interfere with its operation.
5. Support and updates
Premium purchases include 6 months of support and lifetime updates to the purchased template. Free templates are provided as-is with community support only.
6. Warranty and liability
Templates are provided “as is”, without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlutterKit's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the template concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
