Refund Policy

FlutterKit sells digital products: Flutter source code delivered as a download. Because you cannot return a downloaded file the way you return a parcel, this policy is built on trust in both directions. If a template is not right for you, we would rather refund you than keep a reluctant customer.
The guarantee
Every premium purchase (single template, All-Access, or Team) carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid for that purchase. You do not need to justify the request, fill in a form, or sit through a retention call.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@flutterkit.dev from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number or receipt.
- Tell us which template or plan the refund is for. A sentence about why is welcome and helps us improve, but it is optional.
- We confirm by email, normally within two business days.
How and when you are repaid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. We submit the refund as soon as we confirm your request; your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5 to 10 business days to return the funds. We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one used at checkout.
What happens to your licence
A refund ends the licence for the refunded purchase under our License Agreement. When your refund is confirmed, please delete the template files and any copies you have not yet built into a shipped product. Work you have already published to an app store before the refund does not need to be withdrawn, but you may not start new projects from a refunded template.
If something is broken
If a template does not build, a download is corrupt, or the delivered files do not match the template page, contact us first. We will fix the problem or replace the files. If we cannot put it right promptly, you can choose a full refund instead, inside or outside the 30-day window. A defect is our problem, not yours.
Fair use of this policy
The guarantee is for genuine purchases. If an account shows a pattern of buying, downloading and refunding the whole library in rotation, we may decline further refunds to that account and say so plainly. A single honest change of mind will never be treated as abuse.
Free templates
Free templates cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. They are provided as-is; if one is broken, tell us and we will fix it or retire it.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal right your local consumer law gives you. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this page, the law wins.
