This policy explains what personal information FlutterKit collects when you use our website and buy a template, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data — your email address and, optionally, a display name, when you create an account or buy a template.
- Purchase data — the templates you buy, order identifiers and receipts. Card numbers never reach our servers; they are handled by our payment processor.
- Usage data — anonymous, aggregated page views and errors used to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To deliver the templates you purchase and give you access to future updates.
- To send transactional email such as receipts, download links and security notices.
- To respond to support requests and honour our refund policy.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. FlutterKit never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the card data it handles.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against abuse. We do not sell advertising profiles.
Data retention
Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account exists and for the period required by tax law afterwards. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@flutterkit.dev.
